Terms of Use
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms apply to the Vexium website, accounts, keys and the Vexium launcher and client ("Vexium", "we", "us"). By creating an account, redeeming a key or using Vexium, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Vexium.
1. Who can use Vexium
- If you are under 18 (or under the age of adulthood where you live), you need permission from a parent or guardian to create an account and buy keys.
- You need your own legitimate copy of Minecraft: Java Edition. Vexium does not include or sell Minecraft.
2. Your account
- Keep your password secret and use one you don't use anywhere else. Never share your password or the codes we email you.
- One account is for one person. Don't share, sell or give away your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.
- One PC per account. The first PC you sign in to the launcher on gets linked to your account (by a hardware ID, see the Privacy Policy). To move to a new PC, buy an HWID reset key on FunPay and redeem it in your Profile; this unlinks the old PC, and the next PC you sign in on is linked instead.
3. Buying keys
- Keys are sold through our page on the FunPay marketplace. FunPay handles the payment, and FunPay's own rules apply to the purchase.
- Prices are shown on this website and on FunPay. If they differ, the price on FunPay at the time you pay applies.
- Redeeming a key means you accept these terms. You agree to them the moment you redeem a key, even if you never opened this page.
- Each key can be redeemed once, on one account.
- A 30-day or 90-day key gives access for that many days from when you redeem it. If you already have time left, the new days are added on top.
- A Lifetime key gives access for as long as Vexium is offered.
- Nothing renews automatically, and you are never charged again without buying a new key.
- Right of withdrawal (EU and similar laws): keys are digital content. If such a law gives you a right of withdrawal, you can use it for a key you haven't redeemed yet, within 14 days of buying it. When you redeem a key, you ask us to deliver the access straight away and you agree that you lose the right of withdrawal for that key from that moment.
4. Problems and refunds
- If a key you bought doesn't work, contact us on Discord or through FunPay and we will replace it or refund it.
- Once a key has been redeemed, the access has been delivered, so it can't be refunded or transferred, except where the law that applies to you gives you a right to a refund.
5. Using Vexium
- Don't share, resell or upload the launcher or client files anywhere else.
- Don't try to crack, modify, reverse engineer or bypass the protection of Vexium or this website.
- Follow the Minecraft EULA and the rules of the servers you play on. Some servers don't allow certain mods. We're not responsible if a server punishes you for breaking its rules.
6. Ending access
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing the account, leaking files, reversing a payment or abusing keys. Where the law allows, remaining time is not refunded in that case.
We may also revoke the subscription of an account that breaks these terms: all remaining access time, including Lifetime access, is removed and is not refunded, even if the account itself stays open.
If you crack, decompile, modify or bypass the protection of the Vexium launcher or client, or help someone else do it, your account is banned forever, together with your PC (hardware ID) and the IP addresses you used, and any time you have left is not refunded. A banned person may not create or use another account.
Don't run reverse-engineering, decompiler or code-injection tools (for example a Java IDE such as IntelliJ IDEA, or tools like JD-GUI, Recaf or Bytecode Viewer) against Vexium or while Vexium is running.
Automatic warnings: the Vexium client checks for known cracking tools and for a debugger attached to the game. When it finds one, it closes the game and gives your account a warning. After 5 warnings, the account is banned forever as described above. Close such tools before you start Vexium.
If we find proof of cracking in another way, for example a cracked or leaked copy linked to your account, we may ban the account forever straight away, without the 5 warnings.
7. Bans and appeals
- Some bans are automatic: the 5-warning ban above, and bans of accounts that sign in from a banned IP address or PC.
- If you think your account was banned or warned by mistake, email haraiky@proton.me or ask on Discord within 30 days. Tell us your username and why you think it's a mistake.
- A person will review it, and we aim to answer within 14 days. If the ban was a mistake, we lift it and remove the warnings.
8. No warranty and liability
Vexium is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable and safe, but we can't promise it will always work or work with every mod or setup. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost game progress or server bans. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. This doesn't take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
10. Changes
We may update Vexium and these terms. If we make important changes, we'll post them on this page and in our Discord, and update the date at the top. Using Vexium after a change means you accept the new terms.
11. Minecraft
NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
